This specialized training program is designed for individuals eager to master the art of taxidermy, ranging from university students and faculty to professionals from various departmental organizations. Led by expert Taxidermist U Baw Than, the course bridges the gap between biological theory and technical preservation, offering a rare opportunity to learn this intricate craft within the grounds of the zoo.
This vital initiative is dedicated to the preservation of endangered and endemic wildlife, focusing on preventing extinction through scientific management.
